My teaching approach focuses on developing respiratory health through conscious and controlled practice in order to become more resilient. Postural work and the use of stressors (such as exposure to cold) are key practices to reinforce breathing practices.
Wim Hof Method
Through breathing exercises, progressive exposure to cold and mental training, the Wim Hof Method is an excellent tool to observe immediate effects on well-being. As the only certified Level 2 instructor in Quebec, I can introduce you to the basic practice or guide you towards the advanced tools of the Wim Hof Method.
Oxygen Advantage
Oxygen Advantage is an excellent approach to adding functional breathing to your daily life and targeting issues such as stress, sleep quality and sports performance. As the only Master Instructor in Quebec, I can provide you with both good, personalized advice and certify future instructors.
REBO2T Method
The REBO2T method puts the breath at the centre of a four-step work method: optimising respiratory biomechanics, working on the nervous system and hormonal responses, controlling the emotions and controlling the mind. Each aspect lays the foundation for the next. Currently the only REBO2T instructor in North America, I can guide you through this unique and complete method.
SomaTraining/ELDOA
Behind this acronym* are intense and amazing stretches that promote spinal health and strengthen overall postural alignment. They are excellent companions to the respiratory chain. Currently, I have completed the ELDOA 2 and Myofascial Stretching modules. *a French acronym meaning "Longitudinal Stretching with Osteoarticular Decoaptation"

Because knowledge goes beyond certifications, because it is built on both theory and practice, because it is important to confront one's knowledge with other systems of thought, I am always eager to learn from as many sources as possible, to try out new practices, to read what scientists find about breathing, exposure to cold, but not only! As a man of science, I do my best to avoid pseudo-scientific dead ends, while being curious about traditional practices, still with a skeptical mind. By the way, my logo contains references to the energy that drives me. Can you find them?

I started to practice the Wim Hof Method in 2016 and became an instructor in 2018. Trainings in Oxygen Advantage, ELDOA and REBO2T followed.
I like to work with small groups or even individuals in order to make sure that everyone gets the right guidance and advices, in a safe environment.
I have completed 4 official certifications so far. But my training goes beyond that. Dedication to personal practice and teaching, along with curiosity, is the key.
Why doing this?
Because you live 20,000 to 30,000 days, and you breathe 20,000 to 30,000 times a day…
…but you have probably overlooked it.
Because no fitness program would neglect a whole muscle chain…
… but pretty much all ignore the respiratory chain.
Because breathing is a fundamental physiological function that enables to manage stress, mood, emotions. Especially when associated with stressors, such as cold exposure.
Because breathing can affect your posture, which may in turn affect your breathing.
